Aerial Yoga

Experience the feeling of lightness, playfulness, and deep relaxation while exploring movement supported by a soft aerial hammock.

What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga with the support of a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. The hammock supports the body in different postures, allowing you to explore movement with more freedom and ease.

This practice helps deepen stretches, build strength, and safely experience inversions (upside-down poses). The hammock becomes a supportive and playful tool that allows you to move, relax, and discover your body in a new way.

Benefits of Aerial Yoga

Regular practice can bring many benefits, including:

  • gentle decompression of the spine

  • improved flexibility and mobility

  • strengthening of the core and upper body

  • improved balance and body awareness

  • reduced stress and deep relaxation

What to Wear

For comfort and safety during the practice:

  • wear comfortable clothing made of soft material

  • avoid clothes with zips or buttons that could damage the hammock

  • yoga socks or regular socks are recommended for hygiene

Please also remove bracelets, watches, and large rings before the class to protect the fabric and ensure safety.

Before the Class

Please avoid eating 1.5–2 hours before the class, as practicing on a full stomach may feel uncomfortable, especially during inversions.

Come with curiosity and an open mind — aerial yoga is a beautiful opportunity to explore movement, relaxation and a sense of freedom in your body.
